Returns Policy – Rouge Technologies Ltd

1) Change-of-mind returns

If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind:
  • Items should be returned unused and in resalable condition.

If an item shows use beyond reasonable inspection, is missing parts/accessories, or is returned in a condition different to how it was dispatched, we may make a reasonable deduction to reflect any loss in value.


2) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 3–5 working days to the original payment method.

If anything needs clarifying (e.g., missing accessories or condition issues), we'll contact you before completing the refund.

4) Exemptions

Please note that sealed hygiene items, software/media, and personalised items are non-returnable once opened, unless they arrive faulty.
