Returns Policy – Rouge Technologies Ltd

1) Change-of-mind returns

You may return your purchase to us within the first 30 days following purchase. If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind:

Items should be returned unused and in resalable condition.

If an item shows use beyond reasonable inspection, is missing parts/accessories, or is returned in a condition different to how it was dispatched, we may make a reasonable deduction to reflect any loss in value.

2) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 3 working days to the original payment method.

If anything needs clarifying (e.g., missing accessories or condition issues), we'll contact you before completing the refund.
