Warranty Policy – Rouge Technologies Ltd
Rouge Technologies Ltd provides a 6-month warranty on all products against manufacturing defects / hardware faults from the date of delivery.
Some branded items may also include a manufacturer warranty (often 12 months or more). You are welcome to contact the manufacturer directly for specialist support, or contact us and we will assist you with the best route.
This warranty does not cover faults or damage caused by misuse, accidental or impact damage, liquid damage, unauthorised repairs or modifications, normal wear and tear, or software or compatibility issues not caused by a hardware defect.
For consumable parts (e.g. batteries), the warranty does not cover normal capacity degradation over time, but it does cover battery faults where applicable.
How we resolve warranty issues
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer (at our discretion) a repair, replacement, or refund in line with availability and the nature of the issue.
Checks & fraud prevention
To protect customers and prevent fraud, all warranty claims may be subject to reasonable checks including serial/IMEI verification, inspection of condition and accessories, and confirmation that any tamper seals (where applicable) are intact.
Returns must include all items originally supplied (e.g., cables, chargers, adapters, manuals, inserts and packaging where relevant).
If an item is returned with missing parts, signs of tampering, substituted components, liquid ingress indicators triggered, or damage inconsistent with the reported fault, we may reject the warranty claim or adjust any remedy accordingly.
Postage
If a fault is confirmed, we will cover return postage (or reimburse reasonable costs). If no fault is found, or the issue is excluded (e.g., damage/misuse), the customer may be responsible for postage and/or return costs.
This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
