Shipping Policy - Rouge Technologies Ltd
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. All shipping is free and included in the price shown on our website.
Dispatch times
Orders placed before 10:30am (UK time) on a working day are usually dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 10:30am, or on weekends or bank holidays, are dispatched on the next working day.
(Delivery time estimates start from the day of dispatch.)
Delivery services
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail tracked services. As a guide:
- Orders under £80: Royal Mail Tracked 48 (estimated 2–3 working days)
- Orders over £80: Royal Mail Tracked 24 (estimated 1–2 working days)
- Orders over £750: Royal Mail Special Delivery (normally next working day, excluding Sundays and bank holidays)
We may upgrade or change the delivery service at our discretion (at no extra cost) to ensure safe delivery.
Shipping cost
UK shipping is included and free of charge (no additional delivery fees).
Tracking & delays
Tracking details are emailed once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and delays can occasionally occur outside of our control.
If your delivery is delayed, please use your tracking link or contact Royal Mail directly first.
Delivery coverage
We currently deliver to United Kingdom addresses only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).
Click & Collect
Customers can collect orders in person by selecting collection at checkout and completing payment in advance.
Collection can be arranged during the working hours stated on the contact form from our warehouse in Acton. We’ll confirm when your order is ready - please bring photo ID and your order confirmation.
